Refund Policy

At the Evangelical Episcopal Council (“we,” “our,” “us”), we value transparency and integrity in all our dealings. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for payments made for our services, events, and resources.

1. General Policy

Most of our services involve administrative processing, legal documentation, and ministry-related commitments that begin immediately after payment. Therefore, refunds are generally not available once the service process has started.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following payments are non-refundable due to the nature of the work and resources involved:

  • Episcopal Ordination & Bishop Consecration fees.

  • Christian Marriage Registration & related legal documentation.

  • Church Registration & official ministry documentation.

  • Training, seminars, and event registrations (unless otherwise stated).

  • Church Management Software subscription fees after activation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment made in error.

  • Payment made but service could not be initiated due to council’s inability to fulfill the request.

  • Event cancellation by the Evangelical Episcopal Council (in such cases, a full or partial refund may be offered, or credit applied for future events).

4. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email within 7 days of payment.

  • Requests must include the payment receipt, date of payment, service purchased, and reason for the refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.
